The Role:
- 3 Month temp role
- Based in Menai
- Monday to Friday, Full time hours 9-5
- Parking available
Key areas for the role:
- Ensure Accounts receivable invoices are issued accurately and on a timely basis.
- Ensure fortnightly NDIS and iCare claims get processed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Ensure payment journals are created in accounting software accurately and on daily basis.
- Ensure supplier invoices are accurately entered on a timely basis
- Perform month end reconciliation of members accounts.
- Process other journals and data entries in accounting software.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Manage Plan Management supplier accounts in Careview
