Accountant - Contract 12 months (Maternity Leave) - Grade 16 - $1681.20 - $1819.20 per week
Payroll Coordinator - Full Time - Grade 15 - $1598.20 - $1729.40 per week
Senior Finance Officer - Full Time - Grade 13 - $1432.10 -1549.70 per week
Book-Keeper - Full Time - Full Time - Grade 13 - $1432.10 -1549.70 per week
Finance Officer - Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer - Full Time - Grade 9 - $1166.20 - $1261.90 per week
Location: Tamworth, NSW
THE OPPORTUNITY
Tamworth Regional Council has a mix of full time and long term temporary positions available within its finance division. Temporary positions are required to ensure sufficient resources are available to undertake normal duties while Council implements system upgrades over the next three years.

We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude who would like to further develop their career within the Finance Team to deliver high levels of service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will have attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines as well as be self-driven and resourceful.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
Drivers Licence
An enquiring mind
A focus on monitoring and maintaining a safe workplace including applying ergonomic work practices
Experience using corporate and specialised software programs including Microsoft Excel

Salary range: Grade 9 - 16 - $1,166.20 - $1,819.20 per week excluding superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
