What we are looking for? A hands on Finance Team Leader who can assist us with the following:-
- Assist in the efficient running and functioning of the Accounts team.
- Effectively communicate with Senior Management and Ops teams.
- Have proven analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer invoice system with accounting software system.
- Maintain a clean and reconciled Balance Sheet, including records of customer payments, credit card expenses and other relevant information and ensure it is up to date and correct.
- Ensure accounting procedures are followed throughout operations including employee expensed timesheet management.
- Lead the month-end close process with confidence and finesse, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported
- Experience using QuickBooks Online is an advantage.
