As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facility.Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead a team of Lifeguards and Duty Managers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Oversee daily routines and operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and service excellence.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
