The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to inspire and guide our Lifeguard and Duty Manager Team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and lead a team of Lifeguards and Duty Managers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Oversee daily routines and operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and service excellence.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
