WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Monthly and quarterly financial analysis and reporting to organisations’ executive team
- Forecasting, budgeting, cashflow analysis and performance monitoring
- Risk assessment
- Mentoring organisations’ internal finance team members
- Strategic business planning support
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
- Involvement in day-to-day finance tasks such as payroll, accounts payable & receivable.
- Mentor junior staff
SKILL &EXPERIENCE
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
