You'll be more than just a number-cruncher; you'll be a financial gatekeeper for Reckitt, ensuring that we not only stay ahead in compliance but also capitalise on opportunities to craft a stronger, more profitable future.Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you'll:
- Overview of aspects of financial accounting, cashflow management and statutory reporting, including delivery of external audit, preparation of statutory accounts and tax compliance obligations.
- Business partner with finance team, external auditors, global tax and internal controls team to develop and build strong relationships with these 'Customer' teams, ensuring that you are fully involved in their financials and controls
- Perform key tasks within Financial control team to ensure month end reporting is timely and accurate
- Manage and provide career development to the Assistant Financial Accountant
- Proven expertise in financial accounting within a dynamic, global business environment.
- Strong technical financial accounting knowledge and experience
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications, including or working towards CA/CPA
- Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
