Job Description
An exciting opportunity with a global advisory group who specialise in Renewable Energy, primarily with Wind and Solar power across Europe, as well as North America, Africa and the Asia-Pacific. They offer project equity and non-recourse debt structuring, buy-side and sell side advisory, tender support, project contracting support, market intelligence and modelling/valuation services.
As Financial Analyst in the Project Finance & M&A deal team, you will be right in the middle of all the action. You will be working on impactful transactions and will be accountable for the smooth execution of advisory missions relating to financial structuring, raising required debt or leading M&A equity finance transactions.
Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team in defining and implementing the financial structure for transactions
• Preparing, updating or reviewing cash-flow model
• Organising and reviewing due diligence
• Performing general market intelligence work

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in project finance and/or M&A
• Masters or similar degree in Finance or Engineering
• Experience working on Renewable Energy projects
• A good understanding and mastering of financial concepts and products
