The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role, you will engage with operational and financial stakeholders to provide high-quality reporting and actionable insights for the assigned business units.
This role will enable key stakeholders to understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable commercial insights to facilitate quality decision-making.
The Financial Analyst is responsible for month-end close activities, driving the budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluating financial and commercial performance, cost analysis, preparing monthly management and executive reporting, and conducting ad hoc analysis.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce or related field
- Has CA/CPA or studying towards CA/CPA
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, Power Point and Oracle knowledge would be advantageous.
- Experience in Infrastructure or in industries with a capital intensive focus
- Demonstrated experience in improving business processes
- Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, make recommendations and meet deadlines
