T+O+M Executive and I are working exclusively with a large ASX listed property group to recruit an experienced Financial Analyst with exceptional business partnering skills. This well-known group has an exceptional network of Australia wide assets and been a household name for generations.
As the Financial Analyst within large, 30+ employee finance team, you will play a key role in business partnering with stakeholders on the group’s capex & opex spend.
Role responsibilities:
- Support the annual group budget and 3-year profit forecast, providing insightful analysis and commentary.
- Prepare monthly actuals and consolidate accounts and reports of external property management partners through SAP.
- Analysis of financial performance, KPIs and other performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
- Monthly capex and opex reporting with liaison with project owners and external stakeholders.
- Dashboard reporting on weekly financial performance for the group with clear, actionable insights.
- Ad hoc analysis as required by the senior management.
- Continuous improvements of analysis and reporting.
About you:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Experienced in FP&A, Commercial Analysis or property accounting within a large and complex business.
- Confident communication skills and problem-solving ability
