We're seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team. You'll leverage your financial expertise and data analysis skills to generate reports, forecasts, and insights that drive strategic decision-making across the company.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, our finance team are a close-knit crew who love to have a laugh. They are a bunch of financial rockstars who love to have a laugh and translate the language of numbers into a story everyone can understand, keeping us on the path to financial success. 

Day to Day your role will be:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand financial needs and translate them into actionable FP&A strategies.
• Utilise Salesforce data to extract, analyze, and interpret financial information.
• Develop and maintain financial models in to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Create compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI to effectively communicate financial data and insights.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Our new team mate will have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
• Proven experience working with Salesforce data.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI / Tableau for data visualization and report creation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.\
