We're seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team. You'll leverage your financial expertise and data analysis skills to generate reports, forecasts, and insights that drive strategic decision-making across the company.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, our finance team are a close-knit crew who love to have a laugh. They are a bunch of financial rockstars who love to have a laugh and translate the language of numbers into a story everyone can understand, keeping us on the path to financial success.
Day to Day your role will be:
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand financial needs and translate them into actionable FP&A strategies.
- Utilise Salesforce data to extract, analyze, and interpret financial information.
- Develop and maintain financial models in to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Create compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI to effectively communicate financial data and insights.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and investigate financial discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
- Proven experience working with Salesforce data.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of Power BI / Tableau for data visualization and report creation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.\
