Financial Planner/Associate Planner

Goldline Financial Planning is a SMSF financial advice and wealth management practice. We also offer an SMSF trustee administration service. 

We have a 20+ year history of consistently delivering strong returns for our clients and a knowledgeable, experienced, and very supportive internal team. We are based in Bunbury. 

Demand for our services is increasing and we are looking for a new or associate planner with whom we can form a long-term relationship. Working closely with our senior team, the intent is for you to quickly grow into your own portfolio of clients from within our existing client base.

About the role

• Manage an established portfolio of SMSF clients
• Understand the mix of clients in your portfolio and the current strategies in place
• Develop and implement comprehensive SMSF strategies aligned with our client’s risk tolerance, goals and objectives
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and easy-to-understand explanations of financial concepts and investment strategies.
• Ensure all enquiries from your clients are handled promptly and appropriately 
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for any adhoc advice provided 
• Stay up to date on the latest SMSF strategies and regulations, investment trends, and market developments.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team by collaborating with other financial advisers and support staff. 

About you

• A genuine desire and interest in getting to know and helping our clients
• Excellent communication skills both in person and in print
• A strong understanding of SMSF regulations, investment strategies, and tax implications.
• Well organised, analytical, and attentive to detail
• Competent with the suite of technologies typically found in office environments
• Licensed Australian Financial Adviser or progression toward being licensed
• Grad Dip of Financial Services or progression towards a Grad Dip
