Client Services position in a leading Financial Planning practice with attractive remuneration. Ideally looking for 5 days a week, though flexible hours considered (including school hours), and potential work from home opportunities (some days).
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working closely with Financial Advisers & Client Services Manager
- Client reviews - preparing client review documentation and managing post review meeting tasks
- Assisting with the implementation of advice recommendations and preparation of relevant documents
- Workflow management - manage ongoing tasks independently
- Prepare FDS & fee consent paperwork, managing process
- Database management - ensure clients records are accurate and maintained in accordance with compliance standards
- Assisting with due diligence & fact finding of clients (3rd party research)
- Compliance - keep up to date with legislative and licensee requirements
- General office support functions
- Other general administrative tasks for team

- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
- High attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement
Ideal qualifications/skills that would be considered favourably include:
- Knowledge of Xplan
- Experience with insurance quoting and application programs
- Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent industry experience
