An interest in Financial Planning, desire to learn and grow in the field and become a partner with the company, qualifications in Financial Planning degree, excellent organisational and time management skills, good attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and high level of accuracy, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, able to work independently as well as part of a team, excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.
