About the Role
The Financial Services Officer role is a generalist role within a small finance team servicing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and has a vital customer-centric focus.
Responsibilities of the Financial Services Officer role include a wide range of transactional finance duties in particular focusing on Accounts Receivable duties and bank reconciliations. Other duties include Accounts Payable, credit card expense management and cross-skilling into Payroll to step into these roles in times of unplanned absences.
This permanent role will see the successful candidate enjoy a collaborative work environment, having the opportunity to work with our wider school community. Whilst the position is full time, part time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
About You
The Finance team takes pride in its innovative practices and strong commitment to process improvement to deliver an efficient and high standard finance function. The Financial Services Officer must be a forward thinker and strong communicator to meet the broad responsibilities of this role. They will have excellent attention to detail and first class customer service skills and be able to work in a self directed manner and meet critical timelines. Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with other key staff.

This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of $79,611 per annum plus superannuation.
