We are seeking a motivated financial planning professional to join our busy client support team. Ongoing support and service of our clients is at the core of our business, and our Client Services and advice development teams are at the forefront of maintaining those relationships and delivering exceptional service through our review program.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Client Services
- Being the primary point of contact for the panel of clients you are allocated.
- Assisting with client meeting preparation.
- Providing administrative support on client accounts.
- Providing support to colleagues as needed to meet business requirements.
Implementation
- Taking responsibility for file notes and action items from client meetings.
- Preparing and lodging application forms, following them through to completion.
- Processing investment switches and trades.
- Ensuring all client data is accurately recorded and maintained in all business systems, including keeping up to date with changes and enhancements to processes.
About You
The ideal candidate will currently be working as a Client Services Officer within the Financial Planning industry. You will have demonstrated that you value integrity and strong ethical behaviours.
To be considered for this role, you need to possess the following attributes:
- RG146 qualifications and/or relevant tertiary qualifications related to the provision of Financial Advice will be highly regarded, but not essential.
- Experience working in Financial Planning, preferably at least 1 year working in a similar role.
- Experience assisting clients with Centrelink will be highly regarded, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in teams, or independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy - an understanding of financial planning industry software will be highly regarded (in particular, Xplan and Worksorted).
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Adaptable, and well organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and key responsibilities of the role. (range of $65-$75K)
