The purpose of this role is to support the SG Fleet Group by analysing and reviewing processes and systems in relations to Client Operations to determine suitable changes and/or adjustments aimed at improving overall efficiency across related departments and continuing to drive customer excellence. As such, this position is responsible for analysing various issues (e.g., business practices, processes, and systems), identifying the necessary requirements in order to successfully resolve these issues (e.g., templates, workflows and internal control systems), and ensuring solution implementations are followed through to completion

As such, this position is responsible for analysing various issues (e.g., business practices, processes, and systems), identifying the necessary requirements in order to successfully resolve these issues (e.g., templates, workflows and internal control systems), and ensuring solution implementations are followed through to completion
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Review Novated products operational processes, practices and system performance and issues. Identify and recommend the required solutions.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and drive the implementation of various projects and change initiatives (testing, production set-up, process change, training, etc).
- Support the design of internal system controls (preventive and detection) to ensure adequate quality assurance and compliance
- Support key stakeholders in reviewing historical (existing and future) technical problems and scope out the requirements for resolution
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting activities to improve the quality, reliability and speed of outputs from SG Fleet’s systems, specifically related to the Client Operations Team.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis / Systems Accounting role, working with large sets of data across multiple systems.
- Proven ability to analyse data and systems, design and map processes and create associated documentation
- Experience working in project and BAU environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Ability to constructively engage and negotiate with a diverse set of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced computer software skills, including Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail
