Warringtonfire Australia provide independent fire testing including fire resistance testing, reaction to fire testing and bushfire testing at our NATA accredited laboratory in Dandenong, Melbourne, Victoria.

We have established an extensive presence in Australia with significant test capabilities at our Melbourne test laboratory in addition to our consulting offices located across five capital cities.
Warringtonfire Australia is an ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory and has been accredited by NATA for a comprehensive range of capabilities for reaction to fire testing and fire resistance testing across most global standards. We are currently seeking a Fire Assessment Engineer to join our Melbourne team.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of technical Fire Assessment reports following the 'Guide to undertaking technical assessments of the fire performance of construction products based on fire test evidence' prepared by the Passive Fire Protection Forum (PFPF) in the UK. This guide provides a framework for undertaking assessments in the absence of specific fire test results.
- Undertake internal assessment reports and QA reviews
- Assist in the scoping of fire tests for the Laboratory and other Fire Assessment Engineers
- Preparation of formal quotes
- Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual forecast reporting for on time delivery (OTD) and financials.
- Management of projects involving day to day client interface
- Maintain a technical consistent approach to assessments with other Jensen Hughes teams globally
- Implementation and continued application of QA policies for the consultancy business operations
- Other services as required
