We're seeking a Part Time Accounts and Administration Clerk to join the team at Cricks Highway
As an Accounts and Administration Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and fostering positive relationships with external suppliers and customers. With a focus on accounts payable and receivable duties, you'll contribute to the smooth financial operations of our dealership. Hours to accommodate the successful candidate’s needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling end-to-end accounts receivable duties.
- Conducting end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations.
- Managing daily banking activities and processing EFT payments.
- Assisting with other general administrative tasks as needed.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous work experience in an accounting role is essential
- Ability to work 25 to 30 hours per week part-time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer competency.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
