We're seeking a Part Time Accounts and Administration Clerk to join the team at Cricks Highway

 As an Accounts and Administration Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and fostering positive relationships with external suppliers and customers. With a focus on accounts payable and receivable duties, you'll contribute to the smooth financial operations of our dealership. Hours to accommodate the successful candidate’s needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling end-to-end accounts receivable duties.
  • Conducting end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations.
  • Managing daily banking activities and processing EFT payments.
  • Assisting with other general administrative tasks as needed.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous work experience in an accounting role is essential 
  • Ability to work 25 to 30 hours per week part-time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer competency.
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
