About the role - Fire Crew Members / Fire Crew Team Leaders
We're currently seeking experienced and certified Fire Crew Members/ Fire Crew Team Leaders for exciting employment opportunities in the Queensland area. Key requirements for this role but not limited to:
Mandatory (Minimum Requirements)
- Certificate III in Public Safety (Emergency Response & Rescue)
- 2 years' experience as a Team leader (for the TL position only)
- PUAFIR306B - Render Hazardous Materials Safe
- PUAFIR307B - Monitor Hazardous Atmospheres
- PUAFIR308B - Employ Personal Protection at a Hazardous Materials Incident
- PUAFIR207 – Operate Breathing Apparatus Open Circuit
- PUAFIR309A - Operate Pumps
- HLTAID014 - Provide Advanced First Aid
- HLTAID015 - Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy
- PUASAR024 - Undertake Road Crash Rescue
- PUASAR025 – Undertake confined space rescue.
- PUASAR032 - Undertake vertical rescue.
- Industry Safety Induction (ISI) or hold an exemption.
- Current manual driver’s license and Medium Rigid (MR)
- CPCCOHS1001A – Work safely in the construction industry “White Card’
- Significant Industry experience
- Communication & Conflict Resolution
- Leadership & Team Management skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of computer systems.
- Certificate IV Public Safety (Firefighting Supervision)
