Sales Representative/ Payroll Officer

Who will you be working with?
Our client is the industry leader in foam packaging, expanded polystyrene foam, injection moulding and vacuum forming, With a diverse portfolio of high quality brands and products, they service a number of industries including agriculture & aquaculture, general packaging, industrial & automotive, building & construction, science & medical, retail & leisure and custom moulding.

 
They are currently looking for a customer service officer to join their site in Darra. To provide sales support and technical information to customers.

What will you be doing?

• First point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional experience for all inquiries.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, with regular communication, ensuring that our customers consistently feel valued and well-supported.
• Effective management of back orders and high value/sensitive orders.
• Frequent coordination with broader team, contributing to a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Processing quotes and orders in a highly efficient manner, guaranteeing that customer orders are handled accurately and promptly.
• Generate picking, delivery dockets, scrap picking slips and customers invoices.

What do you need?

• Passionate customer service professional with demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer experiences for our internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a customer service and administrative support within manufacturing will also be crucial
• Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office & Excel, and following detail processes.
• Ability to thrive fast paced environment, prioritising tasks and have the personal drive, initiative to ‘get things done’ and able to follow through to execution.
