Fire Door & Extinguisher - Repairer and Installer
Do you have experience with the repairs and installation of Fire Doors, fire walls and framing, servicing fire extinguishers, or are you looking for a Career change to the Fire Protection Industry. Applicants who possess carpentry skills or experience with the installation of Fire Doors and compartmentation are favourable, however training will be provided for suitable applicants. Applicants with trade qualifications in mechanical/engineering would also be considered.
The successful applicants essentials:
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Competent using general Hand tools / Power tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic
- Currently hold a Police & DCSI Clearance or be able to obtain immediately
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Legible handwriting
- Processing paperwork efficiently
- Meet varying deadlines
- Computer skills, including using business service portal mobile/tablet apps
- Work flexible hours and overtime
- Drive a manual vehicle
- Must be a permanent Australian Resident
- Knowledge of Adelaide and surrounding suburbs
- Great team player
- Flexibility for some regional overnight work
- Long distance travel
- Professional personal presentation
- Must be fully vaccinated against flu and Covid and willing to maintain vaccinations as determined by industry regulations

Certification in testing CPP20511 Certificate II
(8 Modules)
- Current White Card
- Additional Qualifications / Licences.
