ABOUT THE ROLE:

O'Neill & Brown Fire Service are looking for Fire Technicians to join our growing team. If you would like to join our team and have the below qualifications, please apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Fire Industry
  • White Card
  • Asbestos Awareness Card
  • Completed Working with Asbestos Course
  • Completed Crystallin Silica Exposure Prevention Course
  • Current Drivers Licence 

To be considered for the role you must:

  • Have experience in testing fire systems in accordance with AS1851-2012
  • Ability to clearly list defects associated with testing of system
  • Testing experience on Fire Panels, Fire Pumps, Sprinkler systems, Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Blankets and Fire Doors.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Hold a current driver's license
  • Focus on health and safety within the work place
  • Be well organised and have strong attention to detail
  • Be driven, self-motivated and able to work both in a team and autonomously
