THE ROLE
You will thrive in this role if you have valuable experience as a Dental Receptionist and dental assistant. You will be pivotal in providing an excellent customer experience to our valued patients by:
- Communicating with patients face to face or by email in an engaging manner
- Booking patient appointments and coordinating logistics such labwork, deposits etc
- Promoting our clinicians and all the services we provide
- Following up patients on appointments, treatments and recalls
- Being a Team Player & assisting in the surgery & sterilisation if and when required (experience with dental nursing required)

ABOUT YOU
You love the dental industry and have demonstrated experience and skills as a Dental Receptionist and assistant. An all-rounder, you can multitask, but your focus will be providing reception duties.
Requirements:
- MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS experience in managing all areas of front of office within the dental industry
- Minimum of 1 year experience assisting with chair side dentistry and steri
- Available to work 4 - 5 days a week
- Honest & Reliable
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Highly organised with strong accounting abilities for processing payments
- Proficiency with Dental 4 Windows software preferred but not essential
- Experience or knowledge around dental implants highly regarded
