Desired Attributes:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Ability to work as part of a team, take direction from leadership or work autonomously to achieve desired goals.
- Extremely high attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work you produce and items you are responsible for.
- Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and troubleshoot / provide contingencies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience with FireMate - not essential.
- Technical knowledge is highly regarded - technicians may also apply.
Tasks Required to be performed:
- Coordinate incoming service telephone calls and assist with client enquiries.
- Generating client work orders and purchase orders for suppliers.
- Scheduling works - Install, Service and Repair.
- Assist in management of the day for all client-based staff.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers etc.
- Job reconciliation - attention to detail is a must.
- Preparing invoices.
- Monthly and Annual reports in liaison with management
