What makes you stick to the things that are most important in your life?
Most Engineers only stay at a company for 1.8 years before switching to somewhere new .
Lack of development. Poor management. Underuse of skills. The list goes on…
Let's say a great mentor laid out your career development plan for you. While you work with interesting technology that impacts the lives of millions of people... Would that make you stick around?
What if you could also have the flexibility to work from home a few days a week?
Sounds madness?
Maybe. But this company has it all. And I can prove it.
Let’s cut to the chase
You’d join one of Australia’s most successful companies.
They don't just make world-class products. They also impact the lives of millions of people. Including their own.
You'd be joining a company with an average tenure of 5.4 years, when most companies average sits at 1.8.
And, out of 15 Principal Engineers in the team, not a single one of them was hired for that position. They worked with their managers and mentors to get to where they are today.
Surely that says something?
What we need you for
You'll join a team of 30 engineers. They focus on new product development in Core Functionality, Wireless Connectivity, and Communications Links.
This means you get your hands dirty with low level Embedded C & Assembly, RTOS, booting the system, hardware bring-up, memory management and device diagnostics on a complex multi-core DSP platform – all the things you like doing.
What next?
Whether you’re actively looking or just want to know if you can improve your situation, I’d be keen to hear from you.
If you've worked in Firmware or Embedded Software Design for a RTOS with Embedded C, send me an email on *****@theonset.com.au or give me a call on 0449 052 ***.
If your CV isn't up to date, that's ok! Send me a message on LinkedIn and we can work together on that.
