Salary- Delivering engaging and informative FIRST AID training courses, both theory and practical, at our campus and designated workshops.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessment tools.
- Conducting assessments for all First Aid qualifications according to established guidelines and marking assessments accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing observation checklists and conducting practical training sessions, providing constructive feedback and ensuring competency.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of First Aid guidelines and best practices.
- Promoting and marketing First Aid courses to potential clients.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the training program and delivery methods.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or higher qualification in vocational education and training.
- Current certification in providing First Aid training, such as a Certificate in CPR, First Aid and Defibrillation (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011, HLTAID012, HLTAID014)
- Demonstrated experience as a First Aid Trainer, or relevant experience in adult education or vocational training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Industry knowledge or experience in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, emergency services) is desirable.
