Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fishing Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various fishing operations, including setting up and maintaining equipment, handling and sorting the catch, and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of fishing gear.
- Handle and sort fish and other seafood.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of the catch.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on the vessel.
- Assist in routine maintenance and repairs of equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fishing or similar manual labor preferred.
- Ability to work long hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working on boats and in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid maritime certifications (if applicable).
