ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Fit Model to join our CO Brands team. You will work collaboratively with our Rubi team to ensure that our size 37 footwear product fits perfectly. We will look to you to ensure the right fit, comfort, movement and feel of our product. Working with our product developers, buyers and production team, we will use your feedback and insight to ensure we are producing product ranges that meet our customers' needs and expectations. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience or background in fittings is preferred
- Must meet the measurement target of size 37 footwear to ensure consistency of fit
- Ability to confidently provide feedback on the fit our our product
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional departments
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
- Team player with the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
