We are actively seeking a Head of Store Support, internally referred to as a Sales Enablement Manager responsible for executing our project deliverables across our retail network.
About the role:
In this pivotal role, you will report to the General Manager - Retail (GRB) collaborating with Merch, Sales operations, and Marketing, to ensure alignment across all functions. This role demands a highly organized sales professional experienced in driving growth initiatives and process efficiencies, contributing to revenue performance improvement as a key member of the GRB team. Looking after a large team, with a combination of Visual Merchandising, Communications, Loss Prevention & Process Improvement, leadership skills will be essential.
Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Prepares and enables sales force for product launches and solution selling
- Leads creation and deployment of training, content, processes, and tools for sales support.
- Manages foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including content creation, scheduling, and delivery.
- Tracks and analyzes courseware and sales enablement content usage.
- Supports buying and selling processes from lead generation to win/loss.
- Assists frontline sales managers and leadership in executing management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
- Manages sales enablement projects and activities coordination.
- Oversees overall stock loss and develops strategic plans to reduce shrinkage across the business.
- Gathers insights and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes aligned with company goals.
- Tracks sales enablement metrics and KPIs to demonstrate business impact and gain stakeholder support
About you:
- Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support across the retail space
- Background in a multi-site management roles highly advantageous (eg, Head of Retail, National Retail Operations Manager or Brand Management)
- Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Project Management experience in the retail environment (highly advantageous)
