ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our property team as a Project Manager. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of key projects within the Property Department, delivering the highest standards of design and construction.
Key responsibilities
• Contract management
• Project programming & scheduling
• RFI & site query resolution
• Permitting & associated approvals ( as required)
• Cost controls, variation orders & budget reporting
• Stakeholder & contractor management (internal & external)
• Site inspections, defect reporting & project close-out
• Chair meetings with key stakeholders
• Participate in design development & cost analysis
• Project estimates & budget forecasting
As part of the Property team, you will work closely with your peers across the brand to drive the best commercial outcome for the Group and continue to support the business growth.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience within the construction and building industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make high-impact decisions
• Accredited qualification in project management or associated field is preferred
• Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time
