Your new role at Moorebank awaits Field Service Mechanics take responsibility for repair of Coates hire equipment and machinery on customer sites.
- This will include safe, effective and efficient preventative maintenance, service and overhaul as required.
Deliver a level of trust and commitment to our customers that Coates is the right supplier for the project
- Always deliver a first-class service to our customers – punctual and tidy.
- Diagnose & repair mechanical faults across variety of equipment on site – work on large earthmoving, generators, lighting plants, boom lifts, forklifts and minor Hydraulic repairs.
Electrical ability will be highly regarded but not essential for 12 and or 24v systems.
- Ensure stock levels of spare parts are available to undertake any repair on site.
About you
- Relevant Trade qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously – problem solving skills.
- Computer and phone capabilities – usage of phone apps to complete tasks.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and phone application (Teams and Email is highly regarded)
- Experience with petrol and diesel motors, hydraulics pneumatics and basic electrical skills
- Effective time management
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
- Your commitment to safety is a must.
