The role is about working with Shift Team leaders and the Production leaders to ensure the day-to-day running of the production department by completing die changes based on production schedules, setting up ancillary equipment, servicing equipment and tooling.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Setting, adjusting and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure continuity of the day-to-day operations and production requirements.
- To ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
- Where required machine/make parts and tools.
- Ensure good housekeeping standards within the plant at all times.
