Fixed Plant Document Writer

Our Client:

Our client is a well-known ASX listed Iron Ore mining company with a number of operations throughout Western Australia. 

Duties:

Offered on a 6 month contract, this position will see you revamp 100 work instructions related to Fixed Plant (Iron Ore) processes, systems and policies.

• Review, update and maintain the document control Policies, procedures and systems to maintain document control relating to Fixed Plant processes 
• For the existing suite of documents, working with a coordinator and the execution team to mark up and update those documents. For those documents that don’t yet exist, draw on your experience to create a skeleton, working with coordinators and the execution team to then refine until document is approved
• Maintain document control for all Health, Safety, Environment, Land Access, Approvals and Training documentation

  
Requirements:

• Document writing skills with Fixed Plant Processing experience ideally within Iron Ore
• Document control experience using Electronic Document and Records Management System
• Sound knowledge of WHS Law, Codes of Practice, Standards and Australian Quality Training Frameworks
• Proficient with MS Office suite, SRS and INX Software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
