- 2+ years experience in a Store Manager role, ideally at a Flagship level
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills

- Review and analyse daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal store trading and operational reports to identify opportunities to increase sales and drive profitability
- Coach and motivate the store team to understand and achieve individual sales budgets and KPI Benchmarks
- Follow through on strategies to achieve seasonal sales budgets
- Ensure rosters are prepared in advance and optimise staff levels to maximise sales.
- Provide feedback to the State and Regional manager on the team’s performance on a weekly basis
- Identify areas of growth within in-store team members and the ability to give constructive and positive feedback to improve performance
- Recognise and reward your team, and highlight the positives whilst ensuring to not shy away from giving tough feedback when required.
- Train store teams on product knowledge and styling guidelines to make them product experts who can effectively serve customers’ needs
- Assess all service levels and identify key areas of opportunity for growth
- Work alongside VM team to ensure that standards are maintained and merchandising products to maximise sales potential
- Process stock consolidations and action in line with guidelines
- Receive and process stock in line with company guidelines
- Communicate with managers, retail team, Head Office and external customers in a timely and professional manner
- Be consistent in-store communication. Communicating daily/weekly/monthly figures to teams and following through all directions and actions
