What does the job look like?
Reporting to the National Administration Manager, the Fleet Administrator is responsible for all administrative duties for the West Australian Workshops. You will also assist with providing customer service to Linfox business units, Vendors and Linfox Global Head office.
Key areas:

• Raising purchase orders to vendors
• Accurate and timely processing of invoices through SAP
• Management and updating of Personnel files and training
• Provide administrative support to the State Manager
• Management of vehicle registrations
• Reception duties
• Other general administrative duties as required

Are you the one?
You are a Team player with high attention to detail and great organisational skills. You can build relationships with external and internal stakeholders quickly and professionally and like a fast-paced environment.
You can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in an administrative role preferably in a Fleet environment is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computers literacy skills, specifically with Microsoft applications including Excel, and SAP
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
