Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Remarketing leader to join our team.
As a lead member of our Acquisition and Remarketing team, this busy position will see you actively managing all aspects of vehicle remarketing.
Every day is different, but your day-to-day duties will include:
Managing incoming Trade and End of Lease enquiries,
Arranging collection / return of vehicles,
Preparation of End of Lease condition reports,
Reviewing and recommending disposal strategies via various methods and channels to ensure the best returns are achieved,
Managing and building relationships with dealers, wholesalers and action houses,
Preparing data, modelling, and reporting on current stock and projected results,
Updating compliance records.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
To be considered you will ideally demonstrate:
Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar high volume disposals role
Broad understanding of passenger, light and commercial vehicles
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in delivering results
Commercially savvy, data driven approach
High level computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Attention to detail
Highly motivated, with demonstrated initiative and sound time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Whilst not essential, tertiary qualifications in a business, commercial, sales or related discipline and an understanding of Fleet Management practices or asset management will also be highly regarded.
