Flight Crew Training Planner

We're currently seeking a talented Flight Crew Training Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating all aspects of Flight Crew Training, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service. From managing training schedules to responding to operational disruptions, you'll play a vital role in keeping our crew prepared and our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage training device bookings in an efficient, cost effective manner, ensuring that it is compliant.
• Respond to daily operational disruptions affecting training, recovering training in a timely manner.
• Participate and input into regular Flight Standards, Flight Crew Training Standards and various Training Meetings.
• Monitor, plan and allocate flight recency.
• Advise payroll of upgrades and other completed training which may affect crew pay and allowances.

What you need to be successful:

• Relevant tertiary qualification ideally in aviation
• Proven success in resource planning or rostering roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and industrial rules within a large organization.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in resource management systems and MS Office tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills in a cost and efficiency-focused environment.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging atmosphere.
