Leigh & Doug, the owners of the Castle Hill & Hornsby stores, work hands-on each day in their businesses.
With a current team of 9 amazing people between the two stores, they are looking for a new candidate to join the team!
Leigh & Doug are excited to bring on the right person to share their knowledge and industry experience with through extensive ‘on the job’ training.
No experience is required, just the right attitude, willingness to learn and the hunger for some sales!
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sell flooring & carpet to residential customers (homeowners).
- Based in our Castle Hill showroom and on the road attending hot sales leads taken from the showroom.
- Work every second Saturday with an alternative day off will be given when you work a Saturday.
- All your sales leads are people who have contacted us, and asked for our services.

- A competitive salary $70,000 - $80,000 base salary package PLUS uncapped commissions PLUS car allowance.

What are WE looking for?
- While sales experience will help you in this position, it is not a requirement, neither is industry experience.
- You must have your own reliable vehicle and current driver’s license as travel will be required.
- We are looking for an applicant with the right attitude and the right work ethic that are hungry to make some sales and earn commission.
- Self-Motivated and can-do attitude with hunger for success
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills as training will be provided.
