Flow Wrap Machine Operator

Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge manufacturing food manufacturing, specialising in the production of fmcg products. We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and efficiency, and we're seeking a skilled Flow Wrap Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a Flow Wrap Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining flow war machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Flow Wrap Machines according to established procedures and guidelines.
Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production flow and quality output.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to keep machines running at optimal levels.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production and make necessary adjustments.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Flow Wrap Machine Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining Flow Wrap Machines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to work a 4am to 2pm shift over 4 days per week.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
