We are looking for a FMIS Administrator to provide systems administration and support for the day to day operations of the Financial Management Information systems (FMIS). The position is responsible for application systems administration, application support, problem solving, responding to requests on State Wide Service Desk, testing, FMIS Projects and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The FMIS Administrator ensures compliance with a strong focus on customer service in accordance with service level agreements for HealthShare, eHealth and Health Agency customers.
The successful candidate will provide operational systems support for users of FMIS including support entering transactions, general how to assistance, problem solving, implementation of work-arounds, daily system checks and guidance with reporting. The FMIS Administrator will perform investigation on systems issues in non-production environments and liaise with the FMIS Application Support Officers for identification of solutions.
