Front of House Manager - The Butter Factory Restaurant, Pyree
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front of House Manager to join The Butter Factory Restaurant in Pyree, in a full-time, permanent position 4 ½ days per week. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hospitality, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest.
- Address guest concerns or feedback promptly and tactfully, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Manage daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that aligns with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front-of-house management, preferably in a high-volume dining environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring operational excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
