Restaurant Manager - $80K + Super + Bonus

Lead two regional NSW restaurants, deliver exceptional customer service & support up to 40 team members to excel in their roles - salary over $80k! Multi-Site Restaurant Manager opportunity for a senior Restaurant Manager!! This role will see you develop your skills and lead two regional NSW locations for a high performing QSR brand.About the role:

• Delivering delicious food & leading a team of up to 20 across two sites
• Build a strong instore team culture by leading recruitment and training of all team members & managers
• Ensure compliance with WHS & food safety standards while managing costs/expenses closely
• Train & inspire those around you to deliver an industry leading level of customer satisfaction

About you

• An inspiring leader who absolutely loves the fast pace nature of quick service
• 2+ years working as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager with in the QSR industry
• Skilled in recruitment, team retention, rostering & managing restaurant financials
