Stories is presented by award-winning Perth hospitality operator, Nokturnl; the team who brought you The Old Synagogue / Tonic + Ginger, The Beaufort / Lotus and South Perth’s exciting new venue, The Station / Ludo.
We're looking for FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF
Bar + Restaurant Supervisors, Bartenders, Glassies & Food Runners to join our opening team as we prepare to redefine the boundaries of hospitality in the CBD. Help us deliver unforgettable experiences across some of the key venues in the precinct. Due to open late March / early April
Pourhouse, located on the ground floor, this space embraces an inner-city brew-hall ambiance with an industrial vibe, equipped with a stage space, primed for live music performances featuring DJs and local bands.
Stories Front Yard, the largest beer garden in the CBD. Elevating the essence of natural Australiana, with rustic stone accents and native Australian foliage. Featuring children's playground, alfresco bar and big screen airing live sports.
Fat Controller, nestled within the depths of Stories Pour House, lies the clandestine speakeasy. A nod to the neighbouring Perth central train station, this secret bar offers a unique cocktail range and word-of-mouth charm – adding an element of intrigue and sophistication to the Stories experience.
Stories Rooftop, elevated above the precinct; a unique inner-city sanctuary showcasing a vibrant atmosphere and stunning 360-degree views. The space boasts lush greenery, retractable roof, open-air dance floor, and multiple balconies offering unique views of the CBD, with live DJ's spinning tunes until late.
KARLA, Stories' flagship restaurant with a view, Karla, draws inspiration from the Noongar word for 'fire,' creating a culinary haven, where modern Asian cuisine cooked over fire and coals takes centre stage. With native Australian ingredients cooked to perfection over Asian charcoal grills and wood-fired ovens.
alba, Stories' Italian restaurant space, derives its name from a small-town in Northern Italy’s Piedmont wine region, also known for its white truffles. The restaurant boasts a light and bright atmosphere, blending premium textural materials and décor for a modern aesthetic.
Ground. located at the front of the Stories precinct, Ground is a cheeky hole-in-the-wall takeaway coffee window offering an array of delights, including coffee, hot and cold beverages, as well as delectable house-made pastries and posh toasties.

- Must have a applicable certificates & qualifications and full Australian working rights
- Experience in fast paced food / beverage role preferred
