1. Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our bistro. This role involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff training and customer service to inventory management and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will inspire excellence, drive our culinary vision, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a background in fusion or international cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of operational management, including staff scheduling and cost control.
- Excellent customer service ethos with a hands-on approach to guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve conflict and manage staff performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience in opening new restaurants or redesigning existing venues.
- Familiarity with International cuisine and Australian dining trends.
- Advanced knowledge of wine and beverage service.
- Experience with modern reservation systems and food delivery platform.
- Certifications in Food Safety, First Aid, or Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and promotional campaigns.
2. Waiting Staff
We are seeking a passionate Waiting person to join our team. Your role will be to enhance our guests' dining experience by providing attentive, friendly service and sharing your knowledge of our diverse menu.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
Desired Requirements:
- Knowledge of international cuisines and ability to assist guests with menu selections.
- Experience with POS systems and digital order management tools.
- Experience in special dietary needs and allergen awareness.
- Ability to contribute to menu development with insights on guest preferences.
- Participation in hospitality or customer service workshops.
- Certifications in Food Safety, First Aid, or Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
