Do you have a strong understanding of Records Management and/or FOI in a Government setting? Do you have experience using Objective? Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail and accuracy of your work?
Essential experience/skills for these roles:
- Experience in Objective to manage and maintain electronic records in accordance with government guidelines and regulations
- Provide support and guidance to staff on the use of Objective
- Ensure compliance with Records Management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for optimising Records Management processes
- Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of electronic records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
You must provide a copy of your National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months.
