The Position
We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Catering Assistant to join our team at our retail space at Caltex Roadhouse in Narrandera NSW. This role requires an experienced hospitality individual with a hands-on approach to all aspects of kitchen duties including an understanding of food preparation, sandwich making, customer service, cash handling and preferably barista skills.
Key Duties
Basic food preparation, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed
Customer Service to a high standard
Order taking, utilising POS system and cash handling
General kitchen cleaning, maintaining a sanitised work station
Barista skills highly regarded
The person
Previous experience as a catering assistant preferred
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and hard working
