The role
We have opportunities available for casual Food & Beverage Attendants to work various hours throughout the week, including weekend and some evening work, in our Bar, Cafe and Event spaces. At Links Hope Island we are host to a large number of golfers on a daily basis, along with hosting corporate events, weddings, functions, conferences and events. The successful applicants will be able to provide exceptional customer service and have a wealth of prior Food and Beverage experience.
Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant must possess the following:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (hotel or resort environment is preferred).
- Current RSA certificate is essential.
- Superior wine and cocktail knowledge highly desirable.
- Barista skills.
- Sensational customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and impeccable grooming that would be expected in a corporate setting is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.
- Positive outgoing attitude ready to do what it takes to get the job done.
