Hyatt Regency Brisbane opened 1 February 2021, in the iconic Queen Street Mall in Brisbane, and is home to 292 guestrooms, two Food and Beverage outlets; Lennons Restaurant & Bar and Hibiscus Room, a stunning outdoor 20-metre infinity pool, and 100sqm of meeting room space in the Executive Studios.
We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. This role will be reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Your role will include:
- Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
- Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
- To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
- To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.
Role Requirements:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
- High level of communication skills
- High level of grooming and personal presentation
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
- Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded
