We have an exciting new opportunity at Spicers Tamarind Retreat as a casual Food & Beverage Attendantto join the team. You will be an integral part of delivering our dining experience to our guests, whether it be for a conference, leisure group or for our dining offering.

Here's what you'll do
- Curate an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish;
- Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele;
- Maximize and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role
- Prior experience in fine dining, hatted or high end restaurant environment;
- A genuine love for great Food & wine (wine knowledge advantageous);
- A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
- Ability work evenings and weekends as required;
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
