About the position
Oozing seaside charm, The Anchorage offer some of the best dining experiences in the region. The Wild Herring – Recent winner of the Best Seafood Restaurant in Regional NSW at the 2019 Savour Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence. The Galley Kitchen – Our bright and breezy, all-day diner and Moby’s Bar – our sophisticated Moby’s is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines.
We are seeking casual multiple Food & Beverage Attendants for our upcoming festive period. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests
- Break down and cleaning of restaurant
- Provide full fine dining table service
- Prepare and serve beverages; including cocktail and presentation of wine
- Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
- Follow RSA government legislation requirements
About you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
- Impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards.
- Table service experience.
- Section waiting experience desirable.
This position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts during the week.
This role will also require you to complete a criminal check (cost covered by Wests).
